The Process and Expectations

After you fill out your contact information, you will automatically receive a link to our in-depth Virtual Brochure. There, we will guide you through your due diligence to see if the BrightStar opportunity is right for you. Typically, the entire process takes 4-6 weeks culminating with a trip to Chicago, IL to meet our senior management team. Once you sign your franchise agreement, we’ll immediately work with you on your training schedule and grand opening timelines.

The areas covered in the Virtual Brochure and as part of your due diligence include:

• Complete a Confidential Questionnaire
• Review the FDD, which contains one of the most detailed Item 19 sections in franchising.
• Discuss the Business Model
• Learn more about Marketing, Sales, Technology, Hiring, Operations, etc.
• Validate with current franchisees
• Join the Team Day- we’ll invite you to our corporate offices in Gurnee, IL for an informative and exciting day with our senior management team. At the end of this visit we will make a decision about whether to extend an invitation to join our family. If approved for the franchise, we expect that you will be in a position to make a decision about whether to join BrightStar within 1-2 business days.
