Every day, families are confronted with the challenge of finding quality care for a loved one. When families face this challenge, they need the services that only an industry leader can provide. BrightStar offers more – more dependability, more peace of mind, more joy – to make life easier and allow families to live it to the very fullest.

In 2002, we began our journey and opened our first BrightStar office. We realized that there were families across the nation that faced the same issues and knew there were people who were just like us and looking to build their own business. By 2005, armed with the knowledge that comes from operating three corporate locations BrightStar began franchising and became the first franchising company to specialize in both medical and non-medical homecare and medical staffing.

Today, BrightStar has over 240 locations nationwide and is now on track to open 400 locations by the end of 2014 in the U.S. and internationally.

BrightStar has received numerous awards recognizing our dynamic growth, proven business model, advanced systems technology and senior leadership including the International Franchising Association’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Additionally, BrightStar has been most recently on the CBS hit show Undercover Boss and featured in major national media sources, including Fox News, Entrepreneur Magazine, and The Wall Street Journal. BrightStar is also the first and only home care franchisor to establish a credit facility for new and existing franchisees to access SBA financing that meet pre-specified criteria.
