Many people today make up the “Sandwich Generation.” They are trying to take care of their parents and their children at the same time. It can be an overwhelming situation at times.

Additionally, there are over nine million families who live more than 100 miles away from their loved ones. You will help families know that while they cannot be there in person, their loved one will be receiving all the necessary care and they will be able to reach someone whenever they have a question.

Studies show that an overwhelming number of senior citizens would prefer to stay in their homes versus live in a nursing home if given a choice. BrightStar’s one on one quality care is allowing people in need to live their best with dignity and self-respect.

Once you fill out your contact information, you will automatically receive a link to our Virtual Brochure. There, we will guide you through your due diligence to see if the BrightStar opportunity is right for you. Typically, the entire process takes 4-6 weeks culminating with a trip to Chicago IL to meet our senior management team. Once you sign your franchise agreement, we’ll immediately work with you on your training schedule and grand opening timelines.

The areas covered in the Virtual Brochure and as part of your due diligence include:

Step 1

Fill out a confidential questionnaire (found in our virtual brochure). After completing the form, we will call you to schedule a convenient time to review your background, market availability, timing, and financial qualifications.

We will spend time getting to know each other. We want to know who you are, what makes you successful and what you are looking to accomplish. We will tell you about us and who we are looking for. If we find that our goals coincide, we will forward you our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

Step 2

At this point, we will spend time together to review the FDD. Notably, our FDD contains our Item 19 Financial Performance Review. You will be able to see how our franchisees have performed and the impact BrightStart is having on results.

Step 3

Business model review. We’ll walk you through in detail what sets BrightStar apart. Learn about marketing, sales, technology, hiring, operations, and more.

Step 4

Validation. At this step, we will have you talk with others who were once in your position. We want to help you determine if our business model can produce your desired results. We will also use this time to answer any remaining questions that you have.

Step 5

Join the Team Day: we’ll invite you to our corporate offices in Gurnee, IL for an informative and exciting day with our senior management team. At the end of this visit we will make a decision about whether to extend an invitation to join our family. If approved for the franchise, we expect that you will be in a position to make a decision about whether or not to join BrightStar within 1-2 business days.
