Another arm of our operations team serves solely to assist each franchisee with implementing and supporting BrightStar systems as well as accessing our National Accounts Division and, specifically, setting up each franchisee with one of our various National Account opportunities.

When you join the BrightStar family, our clinical leadership serves to coach you through licensure and hiring a qualified Director of Nursing and Branch Manager as well as guide you in compliance within your state. Upon launching your business, our clinical support also offers ongoing Continuing Education Unit (CEU) training to every nurse and caregiver conducive to providing the utmost quality care that BrightStar is known for.
