Originally from Venezuela, Roberto started working with his family in the retail business. Over time, he expanded his skill set, obtaining insurance licenses and running a successful Dish Network agency for three years. However, the dream of starting his own business led him to explore new avenues, and that's when he discovered the world of franchising, which he now describes as the best way to start and grow a business.

The Motivation to Make a Difference

The pivotal moment in Roberto's journey came when he connected with a friend who was a BrightStar Care franchisee in South Florida. His friend had purchased an existing franchise and had achieved thriving operations within three years. Seeing the success and potential in the home healthcare industry, Roberto's motivation to enter this rewarding field intensified.

"I wanted a fulfilling business that also helps people," Roberto mentioned. "I think that’s a powerful motivation. It’s genuine. These people need assistance, and we’re here to provide it.”

As Roberto delved deeper into the prospect of becoming a business owner, his ambition to foster growth and create a meaningful impact propelled him further.

"The main thing is that I always wanted to work for myself. Having my own company and seeing growth is key for me. I have plans for my wife to also join me," he shared with excitement.
